At X-Trinity, we strive to provide the best possible service to our clients. We understand that there may be occasions where you may feel that the services provided do not meet your expectations. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be provided.

Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:

  • Project Cancellation by Client: If the client decides to cancel the project after the initial payment but before any substantial work has begun, a partial refund may be issued based on the work completed and resources allocated up to that point.
  • Non-Delivery of Project: If X-Trinity fails to deliver the project within the agreed-upon timeline without any valid reason or prior communication, the client may be eligible for a full or partial refund.
  • Non-Satisfaction with Initial Design: If the client is not satisfied with the initial design concepts provided, and notifies X-Trinity within 7 days of delivery, a partial refund may be issued after deducting the cost of the work completed and resources allocated.
  • Technical Issues: If the website delivered has significant technical issues that X-Trinity is unable to resolve within a reasonable timeframe, the client may be eligible for a partial refund.

Non-Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds will not be provided under the following circumstances:

  • Change of Mind: If the client changes their mind about the project after substantial work has begun, no refund will be provided.
  • Completion of Project: Once the project has been completed and delivered, and the client has accepted the work, no refunds will be provided.
  • Third-Party Services: Fees for third-party services or products purchased on behalf of the client are non-refundable.

Refund Process

To request a refund, the client must contact X-Trinity in writing, detailing the reason for the refund request and providing any supporting documentation. Refund requests will be reviewed and responded to within 14 business days. If approved, the refund will be processed using the original method of payment within 30 days.
